Practical, Purposeful, Practice
I believe yoga to be an incredible vehicle for transformation and change. But I also think it’s important to start where you are. Every body, every day and every practice is and should be unique. My teaching style is alignment based, with a strong focus on breath and body awareness. I believe that once we are able to connect to the body, we then have the ability to tap into more subtle and deeper layers. My process is intuitive and I work with my students to understand their needs and create a practice that allows them to find more freedom and peace not just in their bodies, but in their day-to-day lives as well.

Consisting of a personalized assessment and goal setting, yoga therapy can effectively be used in the treatment of illness and pain to help manage symptoms and facilitate a more optimum state of health and wellbeing.
