Yoga Retreats

One of my favorite things to do aside from teaching yoga is to travel and explore new places. Being able to share both of my passions with others through yoga retreats is a dream come true. Highly personalized and tailored to reflect the energy of each unique location, my retreats offer an opportunity to dig deeper into the practice of yoga, inspire growth, nurture the heart and deeply nourish the soul.

“Travel is like love, mostly because it’s a heightened state of awareness, in which we are mindful, receptive, undimmed by familiarity and ready to be transformed.”

The retreat with Stephanie was wonderful. Her love for yoga really transcends in her teaching. Along with the yoga and a time for reflection, Stephanie organized horseback riding, wine tasting and time to enjoy the beautiful and serene surroundings. I’m only sorry it had to end.

Retreat Testimonials

When I reflect about life changing experiences I’ve had, and how grateful I am to have experienced them, one of the first that comes to mind (and heart) is the Central Coast yoga retreat. Stephanie Greco has a way of teaching, of communicating so warmly and effectively, that I always feel comfortable in her class. What made this particular retreat so special was that it hit all the notes. It was relaxing yet challenging on many levels. Mixed with the yoga classes we had several adventures including a lovely wine tasting and horseback riding!

This was my first ever yoga retreat and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. When I
arrived I immediately felt at ease. You could feel the energy and love that Stephanie
put into organizing and really making this a special experience for everyone. The
retreat combined the relaxation, exercise and self-focus I desperately needed. I hope
this is my first of many retreats with Stephanie!
